nue cold brewed coffee

cold brewed coffee. naked and pure.

in cooperation with a local coffee roasting company, we produced nue.
nue is our beautiful, delicious, cold brewed coffee. cold brewed means: the freshly ground coffee is infused with filtered cold water overnight without any heat.

the flavour is much smoother, and has less acidity and bitterness than in hot brewed coffees.

after several tastings and plenty of caffeine in our blood, we launched two editions of nue: one being a concentrate - our main cold brew with a blue label. the second - a ready-to-drink version, our first special edition with a bright rose label.
