the lake was silent, the air already cooled, and we paddle and paddle through the night.

vineyards are often labelled after their location. in our case, lake caldaro. what we associate with the lake, is a beautiful paddle boat tour on a late summer night, surrounded by good friends, enjoying a glass of white wine - definitely one of the best things you can do!

so it was self-evident that the wine had to be called “tretboot” (pedalo in english).

the table wine was produced in a traditional way and in a low quantity, which reminded us of our grandmother’s home-made marmalade. this became the driving inspiration for our design. the main ingredients are printed on the label, and the finer, ever changing, ones can be added by hand.
